You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth operation, and contributing to our practice's growth.
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients and their families.
You'll be responsible for greeting and welcoming them as they arrive, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and providing information about treatment options and fees.
In addition to these primary responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships with our patients and their families, ensuring that they receive the care and attention they need to feel comfortable and confident in their dental care.
Coordinating with other members of the dental team to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintaining and managing patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations Correspondence with referring providers To succeed in this role, we would recommend:
12 months experience as a Dental Patient Care Coordinator or a similar role in a medical office environment with direct patient contact via phone and in person.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using computer software, including practice management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic health records.
The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
