Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to assist as we modernize and transform our existing customer portal built on Experience Cloud.
Qualifications:
Must have Experience Cloud knowledge A minimum of 2 years of experience serving in a Salesforce Business Analyst role including demonstrated experience in business and functional requirements elicitation, translation and documentation A minimum of one year of experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud Experience working in an Agile environment including gathering, documenting and managing user stories Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks Recommended Skills Agile Methodology Analytical Communication Functional Design Higher Order Thinking Interpersonal Skills Apply to this job.
